Everything - flowers, veggies, herbs - everything is growing like MAD this year!
Green leafy plants started appearing in the pot with the grasses. I always let things be for a be for a bit until I can tell what they are. Are they truly weeds? Or, are they something that seeded from a summer before. In this case - Petunias! I have not had Petunias in that pot for several years. A garden surprise!
Here's another garden surprise - Portulaca in the pot of Rosemary. Here again, I haven't planted Portulaca in years. And, do I see Sedum, too??
The gardens and the pots are just doing their own thing this year in an extraordinary way! You can plan a garden all you want but sometimes Mother Nature has other plans!
