You are such a good community member - seeking out activity and appreciating your new home!

LOL Sounds like you had a great time! I walked from my house, got on the bus at the school with the kids on Sunday morning. We made it two blocks, with them on leashes, getting food, going potty...lol I'm a diehard fan. Love this festival. What did you eat?

Another festival that I love is the Strawberry Festival in Troy. It is in May or June. Huge event, but lots more space and the vendors are great.

Fall is my favourite time of year, and it looks absolutely beautiful where you live. Gorgeous pictures Robin! I can't believe all the events, and places you've been going to locally. There's so much to do and see there. Wonderful!

Rebekah

I've been cursing at Wordpress lately, nothing seems to be working right!

I'm jealous of all these little festivals you are getting to go to. Around us, there is nothing of any fun like that. They have homecomings each summer in the little towns, but they are just full of beer drinking and corn dogs and no vendors or anything of true interest.

Laure

What a fun filled weekend! Love all your fall colors too! *sigh* Wish we had more color here in Florida.

Thanks for stopping be the blog and commenting! Look forward to seeing you on a "trip"!

Terrific to hear that you are enjoying your new home state and all the fun things to do. The views are spectacular and the people watching is entertaining. So glad to hear that you are finding things to appreciate, but we miss you. Thanks for keeping in touch.

Beautiful photo with the water and the trees...

Wordpress does that periodically - what I call unwanted upgrades. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Yes it does look like you have lots of choices of things to do. The "local color" shots were beautiful. Leaves here are just beginning to turn. You can keep the frost. Miss you.

So glad you guys are settling in and finding so much to do! Makes the move a lot easier, doesn't it.

I love your updates Robin and look forward to them. There sure are lots of things to see and do!!

Gotta run and get ready for work....
