It was a year like any other with its share of ups and downs, backs and forths, and side to sides to keep us on our toes.
One of our granddaughters had emergency surgery in April that went well. What a scare to have such a sick little one who is unable to tell you just what is wrong. Thank goodness for persistent parents!
Our family welcomed a third granddaughter into the fold in August. With this child, each son has two children and each child has a sibling. So glad they will have a brother or
sister with which to share life.
Mom and Daddy celebrated their first year in Ohio. They've accomplished a lot in this year - settled into their home, established with physicians, joined social clubs and become active in a church, learned their way around the area. Mom is entering 2015 with two hospitalizations behind her and feeling well. It's been wonderful having them nearby to see and do things with.
Andy celebrated his first year at his new job and now has a whopping seven days of vacation. It isn't much but it sure beats the one day they gave him the first year.
I started a new job in December and will be so glad when I'm no longer new. A lot to learn. With this job, I'm looking forward to my off time truly being my off time with nothing more to do than what I enjoy.
May 2015 bring us good health and security.
May we all feel safe and satisfied in our lives.
May we draw our families and friends close.
May we enjoy every minute because they pass too quickly.
From me to each of you ------ thank you for reading For The Love of Fiber and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
